Lending Hands Foundation (LHF) seeks dedicated and visionary individuals to join our Advisory Board for FY 2025-26. As a non-profit committed to creating meaningful social change, we invite passionate professionals to lend their expertise in strategy, technology, compliance, marketing, legal, fundraising, and related fields to help us strengthen our mission and amplify our impact across India.

LHF is committed to fostering sustainable growth and empowering communities and youth through initiatives in the circular economy, healthcare, skill development, and volunteering. Our work is rooted in the belief that lasting societal transformation requires empathy, innovation, and collaboration. 

By uniting diverse stakeholders and leveraging data-driven approaches, LHF enhances progress toward the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and optimizes CSR program management. We are seeking individuals who:

1. Share a strong commitment to social impact and sustainable development.
2. Bring expertise in strategy, technology, compliance, marketing, legal, fundraising, or related fields.
3. Have a proven track record of leadership, innovation, and collaboration in the non-profit or corporate sectors.
4. Possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work in diverse, multidisciplinary teams.
5. Value equity, inclusion, and community-driven development. 

Expectations from the Advisory Board?

1. Guide Strategy and Vision: Help define and refine LHF’s goals and strategies, ensuring they align with our mission and values.
2. Support Technological Innovation: Guide the integration of digital tools like VolCard, enhancing our ability to scale and measure impact.
3. Ensure Accountability: Advice on legal, ethical, and regulatory compliance to uphold the highest transparency and governance standards. 
4. Strengthen Outreach: Help amplify our message, strengthen our brand, and connect us with resources to expand our impact. 
5. Ensure Compliance: Help uphold our operations’ highest legal, regulatory, and ethical accountability standards.

Time Commitment and Compensation:

• Time Commitment: Approximately 10-12 days annually, including virtual meetings and one in-person retreat.
• Location: Primarily remote, with one annual in-person gathering (location TBD).
• Compensation: This is a voluntary, unpaid role. Travel expenses for in-person meetings will be covered.

Selection Process

1. Application Review: We will evaluate submissions based on alignment with LHF’s mission and the expertise required for the role. 
2. Discussion Call: Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a virtual conversation to discuss their vision and potential contributions. 
3. Final Selection: Selected candidates will be notified by March 2025.
